I have always thought of what I do as being the creation of meaningful experiences. The silky feel of soft touch laminate on a business card, the exquisite flavor of cheese sampled at a high-end grocer, or the delight in being able to navigate a simple intuitive interface, it is always about the feelings these interactions create. I can wax poetic about the altruistic benefits of user centered design, the truth is that it must also solve real world business needs.
